HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY CONTROLLER TO BE DELIVERED?

Our controllers are custom made from scratch with parts from all over the world. For this reason, we ask for up to 30 business days before shipping. The shipping fee estimate can be seen during checkout.

IS VAT INCLUDED ON THE SHOWN PRICES?

No. VAT is calculated only during checkout in order to properly estimate your tax rate. We can't implement VAT directly on prices currently due to system limitations.

IS WARRANTY OFFERED FOR CONTROLLERS?

Yes! We offer 2 YEARS of warranty for every controller.

WHAT IS THE SOCD MODE OF THE CONTROLLERS?

The SOCD mode can be changed with hotkeys on our boards according to your preference. Pick between the three available modes, learn more about this feature on our manual.
