How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
Our controllers and enclosures are custom made from scratch with parts from all over the world.
For this reason, we ask for up to 30 business days before shipping once your order enters the production queue. Clients will receive an email once the product enters into the queue.
If your order only contains components, they will be shipped in up to 4 business days.
Our products are shipped from Spain and the shipping fee estimate can be seen during checkout.
Is warranty offered to all products?
Yes, we provide 2 years of warranty to all products. The specific warranty period may vary depending on the product, but typically it covers any manufacturing defects or faults.
Is international shipping available?
Yes, we ship worldwide. If you live in a country we don't ship to directly, you can always use a forwarding service. If you choose to use a forwarding company, we won't be responsible for your order beyond that point. We can only guarantee it reaches the address on your order.
In regard to taxes, we cannot determine import or customs costs as this is determined by your country, and dependent on the value of the items you purchase.
While we’re sympathetic that you may have to pay taxes as a result of your country's laws, we can't alter the value of your order. All customs information is sent electronically through Shopify.
What is the SOCD mode for the controllers?
The SOCD mode can be changed with hotkeys on our boards according to your preference. Pick between the three available modes, learn more about this feature on our manual.
I want a model that is not on the catalogue, is it possible?
Yes! If you want something different from what you see here, please message us and describe what you need. We will have it tailored just for you.
How does the return policy works?
We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If there is a defect or issue with your order, please reach out to our customer support within 15 days of receiving your order, the return costs will be covered by us.
Consumers also have a right of repentance, but return shipping costs aren't covered in this category. We will work with you to resolve the problem promptly and ensure your satisfaction.
